Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. butter, softened, 1/4 c. sugar and 3/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Mix flour with baking soda.
Combine butter, sugars and pudding.
Mix in large bowl.
Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then oats.
Batter will be stiff. Drop by rounded measuring teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets about 2-inches apart.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes approximately 5 dozen.
