Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. canola oil, 4 large eggs, 2 tsp. vanilla, 1 c. brown sugar and 2 c. fine wheat flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat eggs in 2-quart bowl.
Add oil, brown sugar and vanilla. Beat all together.
In a 2-quart bowl, sift together wheat flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Add to egg mixture.
Fold in raisins, nuts and oats.
Put Pam or Wesson oil spray on cookie sheet.
Makes 4 dozen.
