Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 4 tbsp. sour milk and 3 c. oatmeal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cream together the margarine and sugar.
Add eggs.
Sift flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to sugar/egg mixture.
Add oatmeal.
Stir batter only enough to make it smooth.
Add raisins and nuts.
On greased pan, drop dough by teaspoonful.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350Β°.
