Mix sugar, milk, oleo and cocoa.
Cook 1 1/2 minutes at rolling boil.
Cut off heat and mix vanilla, peanut butter and oatmeal.
Blend well.
Drop by spoon on waxed paper.
Cool. Yields about 24 cookies.
