Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. oleo, 1/2 c. cocoa and 2 c. oats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil all ingredients (except oats and peanut butter) together for 2 minutes.
After mixture begins to boil, remove from heat and add the oats and peanut butter.
Stir and drop by spoonful onto wax paper. This is an easy recipe to just make half a batch. Half a batch would make about 18 or 20 cookies.
