Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or oleo, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar, butter or oleo, egg and salt; mix.
Combine sour cream and soda.
Add to mixture.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well by hand.
Drop by spoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Yields about 4 dozen.
