Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 c. softened butter, 1/4 c. sugar and 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix flour and soda.
Combine butter, sugar and pudding mix in large bowl.
Beat until smooth. Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture.
Stir in oats and raisins.
Batter will be stiff.
Drop by rounded teaspoon about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
