Oatmeal Caramelitas
Oatmeal Caramelitas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 c. rolled oats, 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. soda and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix and put half of crumbs in pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 minutes. Then sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Mix 3/4 cup caramel ice cream topping and 3 tablespoons flour.
Spread evenly over chips and nuts and then add rest of crumbs.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes longer.
