Oatmeal Caramel Bars
Oatmeal Caramel Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. oatmeal, 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, 2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon and eggs; mix well.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Reserve 4 cups mixture.
Press remainder in bottom of 10 x 15 pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
In saucepan, melt caramels and sweetened condensed milk.
Pour over crust and top with rest of crumbs. Bake an additional 20 minutes until golden brown.
