Oatmeal Cake
Oatmeal Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 2 eggs and 1 c. quick oats, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cream the oleo. Add brown sugar and white sugar; cream until fluffy.
Add the eggs and beat well.
Mix oats in 1 1/2 cups boiling water and let stand 20 minutes. Add to creamed mixture along with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Last add the flour and soda. Beat well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
