Pour boiling water over oleo and oats; cover and set aside. Add white and brown sugar to eggs.
Sift flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
Add eggs mixture and dry ingredients to oatmeal.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
