Oatmeal Cake
Oatmeal Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. cooking oats, 1 stick oleo, 2 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook oats in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
Let stand 20 minutes. Cream oleo, 1 cup brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat until real creamy.
Add oats; stir in flour, nutmeg, soda and cinnamon.
Bake about 30 minutes at 350Β°.
When cool, add topping.
