Oatmeal Butterscotch Dessert
Oatmeal Butterscotch Dessert is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. oatmeal cookies, 2 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding, 3 c. milk and 2 small (8 oz.) cartons whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix butterscotch pudding and 2 cups milk at high speed until well blended.
Stir in whipped topping.
Dipping cookies in milk, line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan; put 1/2 pudding mixture over cookies.
Make another layer of cookies, then the rest of pudding mixture.
Crumble some cookies and sprinkle on top.
Refrigerate until cold.
