O'Henry Bars
O'Henry Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. margarine, 4 c. oatmeal, 3 tsp. vanilla, 2/3 c. chunky peanut butter and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cream together margarine and brown sugar.
Add oatmeal, syrup and vanilla.
Then press in 11 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
Then melt together chocolate chips and peanut butter.
Spread over top of first mixture.
Cool; cut in bars and remove from pan.
Refrigerate.
