Nutty Strawberry Salad
Nutty Strawberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. strawberry gelatin, 1 c. boiling water, 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 can crushed pineapple (1 lb. 14 oz.) and 3 bananas, mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine gelatin and boiling water.
Fold in the strawberries, pineapple, bananas and nuts.
Put half of mixture into a dish or mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
Spread the sour cream over the mixture, then spread rest of gelatin mixture over the sour cream (leave the second half at room temperature so will spread easier). Refrigerate until firm.
