Nutty Fingers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 4 tbsp. powdered sugar, 1 1/2 c. plain flour and 1 c. pecans, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift 1/2 box sugar into shallow pan.
Measure the 4 tablespoons into another bowl and save remainder of sugar for rolling Nutty Fingers.
Cream butter and sugar well; add flour and pecans.
Shape into finger size rolls and cook until lightly brown at 250° to 300°.
Do not overcook.
Remove from oven and cool slightly before rolling in remaining sugar.
Yields 5 to 6 dozen.
