Nutty Apricot Cake
Nutty Apricot Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 1/2 oz.) box yellow cake mix with pudding, 1 (16 oz.) can apricots (undrained), 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, 1 tsp. cinnamon and 1/2 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Prepare the cake mix as per the directions on box.
Omit the water.
Substitute the apricots (chopped) and their syrup for the water.
Mix per box directions.
Stir in walnuts and cinnamon.

Pour the batter and bake per box directions.
No topping is necessary; just remove from pan, slice and serve.
