Combine milk, egg yolks and vanilla.

Add to first mixture.

Set aside for 2 1/2 hours to raise.

Divide into 4 pieces and roll on lightly floured board.

Spread with nut or apricot filling.

Bake immediately at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
