Nut Logs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. sifted flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. melted butter, 2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 c. firm packed dark brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together into a large bowl. Add butter, milk, brown sugar and egg.
Mix until well blended. Stir in vanilla and nutmeats.
Use about 1 teaspoon of dough to form small log.
Place on well-greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for about 20 minutes or until browned.
Remove from baking sheet immediately.
Roll in confectioners sugar.
