Nut Glazed Brie
Nut Glazed Brie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. broken walnuts, pecans or almonds, 1 tbsp. whiskey or brandy, 1 (14 oz.) pkg. round brie cheese (5-inches in diameter) and apple wedges, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together brown sugar, nuts and whiskey or brandy.
Cover and chill up to one week.
After one week, place cheese in a 9-inch pie plate or platter.
Bake in a 500Β° oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese is slightly softened. Sprinkle sugar mixture over top.
Bake 2 to 3 minutes more or until sugar is melted and cheese is heated.
