Nut Bread
Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lightly beaten eggs, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. sweet milk and 4 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix and put into 2 loaf tins.
Let rise 25 minutes.
Bake in slow oven (300°) for 20 minutes.
Raise heat to 350° for 15 minutes.
This can be baked in tin cans; cut off the other end after baking and they come out easily.
Be sure to spray the tins. Makes nice little gifts.
