Mix sugar, milk, cocoa and butter in pan.
After mixture comes to boil (1 1/2 minutes), remove from heat.
Add peanut butter and vanilla.
Stir until creamy. Add oatmeal and stir.
Spoon on wax paper.
Let cool.
