Line bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 pan with bag of cookies.
Combine milk and pudding mix; blend well.
Combine cream cheese and condensed milk; mix smooth.
Fold in whipped topping and add to pudding mixture.
Pour all mixture over cookies and bananas.
Cover with remaining cookies and refrigerate.
