Not Just Another Potato Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, 1/2 c. margarine, melted, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Thaw potatoes well and combine with 1/2 cup melted margarine in a large bowl.
Stir in sour cream, soup, onion, cheese, salt and pepper.
Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs with margarine and sprinkle over top. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking for 20 to 25 minutes.
Makes 12 servings.
