Norma's Hot Fudge Sauce
Norma'S Hot Fudge Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. cocoa, 3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 3 tbsp. cornstarch and 2 c. white corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In top of double boiler, over hot water, combine cocoa, sugar, salt, cornstarch, corn syrup, cream and milk.
Stir constantly while cooking over medium heat.
Cook and stir until mixture thickens.
Add butter and vanilla.
Cool before placing in airtight container for storage in refrigerator.
