Nordstrom's Nordy Bars
Nordstrom'S Nordy Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips, 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add butterscotch chips and brown sugar, stirring until melted.
Remove pan.
Add eggs, flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix thoroughly. Stir in vanilla. Cool. When cool, stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows and pecans.
Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Remove and cool thoroughly.
Cut into squares.
