Split onions (and make a nest for sausage mixture) and place in a greased dish.
Cook chopped onions and sausage in frying pan until brown; drain.
Add water and soup to pan and cook until soup is smooth.
Add stuffing and mix well.
Put mixture inside 6 split and nested onions.
Onions should not be touching.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika in last 5 minutes time.
