Noodles
Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 3 egg yolks, 1 whole egg, 1 tsp. salt, flour and water (2 egg shells; can use milk), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Beat until frothy.
Gradually add flour until you have a soft but not sticky dough.
The last bit of flour you add, I usually knead with my hands.
Roll out into a circle; let dry 2 to 3 hours. Cut into strips, then slice as thin as you want.
Add to boiling broth.
Cook until done.
