Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 whole eggs and 2 1/2 to 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix milk, salt and eggs.
Add to flour.
Place plenty of flour on counter and roll out.
Leave out 20 minutes, rolled out.
Fold with plenty of flour between folds, then cut.
