Noodle Pudding
Noodle Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) box medium egg noodles, 1 lb. creamed cottage cheese (small curd), 1/4 lb. whipped cream cheese, 6 eggs and 1 c. cold milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt butter in casserole dish that will be used for baking the noodle pudding.
Cook noodles.
Beat eggs until frothy; add eggs to noodles in casserole dish.
Add the rest of the ingredients; mix well.
Sprinkle corn flake crumbs on top.
Dot with butter. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
