Noodle Pudding
Noodle Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 c. noodles (1 lb. fine), 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 lb. butter, 1 1/2 pt. sour cream and 3/4 lb. cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cook noodles.
Soften butter and cream cheese over low heat. Put sugar in large bowl.
Throw on hot, drained noodles and mix well.
Add cream cheese mixture; mix well.
Add sour cream, eggs and vanilla; mix all together.
Put into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 hour. May be cut in half.
