Noodle Kugel (Pudding)
Noodle Kugel (Pudding) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. egg noodles, 1/2 pt. sour cream, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 3/4 lb. cottage cheese and 4 eggs, separated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook noodles in boiling water as directed on package.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Beat egg yolks with sour cream, cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla and pepper.
Fold in noodles.
Fold in egg whites.
Add apples, sliced and rolled in sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400Β° for 45 minutes in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan, uncovered.
