Nonna Bronx's Lasagna
Nonna Bronx'S Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ronzoni lasagna noodles, 4 cans italian tomatoes, peeled or crushed, 1 lb. chop meat, 2 (16 oz.) pkg. polly-o mozzarella and 1 tbsp. olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan.
PurΓ©e cans of tomatoes in a blender.
While garlic is browning, pour tomato mixture into pan.
Add basil, salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate pan, brown chop meat.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Drain chop meat and add to sauce.
Let cook 2 hours. (This can be done in advance.)
