Non-Fattening Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 4 minutes. Made with . can crushed pineapple (unsweetened), (6 oz.) pkg. peach jello, c. buttermilk and large carton (13 1/2 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Put pineapple (do not drain) in saucepan and add jello.
Heat and stir until jello dissolves.
Remove from heat and cool about 15 minutes.
Stir in buttermilk.
Fold in Cool Whip and mix well. Place in large oblong dish.
Refrigerate.
Cut into squares to serve.
