No Weep Meringue is an easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. water and 3 egg whites, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch, sugar and water. Heat until clear over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Set aside to cool.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add 6 tablespoons of sugar a small amount at a time.
Add cornstarch mixture and beat until peaks form.
Put on your favorite pie and bake until brown.
