No Peek Stew
No Peek Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef chuck, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes, 1 can mushroom soup, 1 pkg. lipton soup mix, 1 c. ginger ale and 1 can mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 300Β°.
Place meat in a 13 x 9-inch pan (lightly greased).
In a bowl, combine mushroom soup, soup mix, ginger ale, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce and ginger.
Mix well.
Pour over meat.
Cover pan with foil.
Bake in preheated oven for 3 hours. No peeking.
Place pan on burner.
Uncover.
Stir cornstarch in water.
Heat and stir to thicken pieces.
Stir in sour cream. Serve with noodles or mashed potatoes.
