No Peek Stew
No Peek Stew is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lbs. stew meat, 2 lrg. onions, sliced, 5 carrots, cut in chunks, 4 potatoes, cut in chunks and 3 stalks celery, cut in 1/2-inch pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Put raw meat in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Place raw vegetables on top of meat.
Combine salt, sugar, tapioca and pepper; sprinkle evenly over veggies.
Pour juice evenly over top. Cover with heavy duty foil and crimp edges to seal tightly.
Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours and Don't Peek!
