No Peek Casserole
No Peek Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms, drained and 1/2 c. red wine or water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine ingredients well in a 2-quart casserole, (I use a roaster).
Cover.
Bake at 300Β° for 3 hours.
Don't peek until it is done.
Serve over rice or noodles.
