No-Peek Beef is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean beef, cut into chunks, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1 envelope onion soup mix and 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Sprinkle meat in a casserole dish with onion soup mix.
Cover with mushroom soup which has been diluted with 1 can of water. Add mushrooms.
Cover with a tight fitting lid and bake at 325Β° for 3 hours.
