Stir together flour, dry milk and salt.
Combine yeast, sugar, warm water and cereal in large mixing bowl; let stand 2 minutes. Add egg, oleo and 1 cup flour.
Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Gradually add flour to remaining mixture by hand to stiffen sticky dough.
Let rise until double in size, about 1 hour.
Stir down; spoon into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan and bake at 375Β° for 40 minutes.
