No Fuss Egg Custard Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk or 13 oz. regular or 2% milk, 3 tbsp. flour and nutmeg to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grease and flour a 9-inch glass pie plate.
Mix all ingredients well.
A blender works best.
Blend for 30 seconds. If not using a blender, beat eggs well, then add other ingredients.
Mix well; pour into pie plate.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Pie is done if knife comes out clean when inserted.
Pie rises, but will fall and settle as it cools to form a light crust.
