No-Fail Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 c. sugar, 1/4 lb. butter, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. walnut meats and 1 large (13 oz.) can milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine first five ingredients in a 4-quart pan.
Stir over medium heat until blended.
Bring to a boil over medium high heat and continue boiling for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate, vanilla and nuts until chocolate is melted. Pour into two 9 x 9-inch pans and cool.
