No-Egg Ice Cream is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 large can evaporated milk, whole milk, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla and 1/3 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix ingredients together and place in electric or hand crank freezer.
Add milk to the "fill" line on freezer.
Fresh or frozen fruit may be make different flavors (1 quart strawberries, 8 to 10 peaches, mashed and 3 to 4 bananas).
