No-Crust Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese, 2/3 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. almond extract, 1 c. sour cream and 3 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar and almond extract until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Beat at low speed after each.
Pour into ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Stir sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
Spread on top of pie.
Chill until serving time.
