No Crust Cheese Cake
No Crust Cheese Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can pineapple, 8 oz. cottage cheese, 1 pkg. knox unflavored gelatin, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Drain crushed pineapple and save about 1/4 cup of the juice. Blend in blender, pineapple juice, lemon juice, egg, vanilla, sugar and gelatin.
Blend well.
Add cottage cheese a little at a time until all is added.
Blend well until mixture is smooth. Pour into a baking dish.
Put pineapple on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
Chill well and cut and serve.
