No Cook Lasagna
No Cook Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, 6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 eggs and 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Brown beef and add spaghetti sauce; stir well.
(May add onions if you like.)
Crack eggs into a bowl and beat.
Add cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and 1 cup of shredded cheese.
Add oregano and mix well.
Preheat oven at 350Β°.
Place 3 uncooked lasagna noodles in dish.
Put some meat mixture over noodles.
Add cheese mixture and then just layer.
Pour hot water into baking dish around edges.
Cover dish with foil.
Press foil to sides. Put dish in oven.
Bake 1 1/4 hours.
Let stand for 10 minutes. Add rest of cheese on top before serving.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
