No Cook Icing is an easy dinner. Made with 2 unbeaten egg whites, 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla and 1/2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine egg whites, cream of tartar and sugar in large mixing bowl.
Add vanilla and mix.
Add boiling water and beat until stiff at high speed with electric mixer or by hand for approximately 10 minutes or until stiff.
This will ice a large cake.
