No-Cook Candy
No-Cook Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. confectioners powdered sugar, 1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/3 c. light corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Put on board and knead until perfectly smooth and satiny.
Tint with food coloring if desired.
Shape and use as desired in making any of the following candies.
Store fondant airtight if not being used at once.
Will keep several days at room temperature.
Yield: About 1 1/3 pounds.
