No Cholesterol Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. flour, 1/3 c. cocoa, 1 tbsp. baking soda, 6 tbsp. no cholesterol margarine and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Set oven to 350Β°.
Blend flour, soda and cocoa in a bowl.
Set aside.
In a saucepan, melt margarine over low heat and stir in sugar. Remove from heat. Add vinegar and vanilla.
Stir in mixture from bowl. Bake in 2 greased layer pans for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Allow to cool before frosting. (Use Lite Cocoa Frosting.)
