Nina's Jewish Apple Cake
Nina'S Jewish Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 apples or 3 c. sliced, 2 tbsp. sugar, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 4 eggs and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix first 3 ingredients and set aside.
Mix wet ingredients (eggs, sugar, oil, juice or milk and vanilla).
Next, put in flour, baking powder, salt and nuts.
Mix well to make batter. Grease well a Bundt pan.
Add 1/3 batter and place apple mix on top.
Do alternately, first batter, then apple mixture until all is used.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
Check with toothpick to make sure it is done.
